From: East Aurora Advertiser
“East Aurora’s Planning Commission agreed to recommend the changes for a condominium plan along Hamlin Avenue. The proposal will now go before the Village Board for further discussion and review.
The commission voted 5-0 to recommend the rezone of the land at 40 Buffalo Road from Residential-Commercial to Group/New Townhouse Residential. The rezone is needed for a developer to place five additional condominium units behind the home at that site and going along the property to Hamlin Avenue.
This is only a recommendation by the board and not an approval of the project. That approval has to come from the Village Board. A public hearing will have to be held by the Village Board to accept comments on the plan from the public. No hearing has been set at this time.”
